can someone please tell me what this part is that is leaking on my truck (it's the long small thing on the front of the radiator...it has some dark spots on it)?

Like kay9 said, it is your power steering cooler that is leaking. Mine is leaking in the same spot. It seems to be a lot of these leaking lately.

Sure it isn't the trans cooler above it dripping down onto the PS cooler? Hard to tell from the picture.

Not sure where you are located, but here in the northeast, this is a common problem with the PS cooler due to the road salt. I replaced mine at about 53K in November 2008.
Dealer stated that it is a common replacement part due to the heavy use of road salt. I replied that if they knew it was a problem, why didn't Chrysler do something about it. He blew me off by saying 4 years is not bad. Great concern for the consumer.
