Shocks could be worn or re-check the tire balance

Too much pressure, or tires out-of-round? Could be bad shocks. Are you saying there's too much vertical motion, or too busy?

Mine feels like it slides out a little bit when I hit bumps on the highway. I just figure its because my backend is so light

If you havent already, rotate the rear tires with the front and see what that gets you.

So then it isnt the tires unless all four are bad. Could be the tightness on the drive shaft in the u-joint. Could be bad shocks or rotors as suggested. Last thing is a bent axle.
