Front end vibration

Front end vibration
Last week I changed out the front struts on the my 2006 Ram 1500. Put in new monroe sensa-tracs. While I was changing the struts out I noticed that he passenger side CV boot was torn, so I secided to change that out at the time too. I had a hell of a time trying to get the halfshaft to disconnect from the stubshaft and the stubshaft ended up getting pulled out of the differential. Picked up a new stubshaft from the dealer and and a rebuilt halfshaft from napa and through them in and I also put in new tie rod ends on both sides. So now I have a bad vibration on the highway, and I know something isn't right. I haven't gotten a front end alignment yet because I'm waiting for the new inner tie rods to come in (the tie rod end lock nuts are seized in place). What do all of you think it might be? Could the new halfshaft possible be bad i.e. not balanced? Thanks in advance.

So here's a quick update. Had the alignment and balance done last saturday, it didn't help. The next thing I am going to do is take out the passenger halfshaft and take it for a drive without it in. If the vibration goes away then at least I know where to look. Does anyone else have any other ideas?

That sounds like a good idea as those are something you can actually remove and still drive without. After that you are going to get back to those tie rods if you haven't replaced by them yet. I'm assuming you have though right? Because you already did the alignment? Is it at all speeds or just lower or high speeds or a certain range?
