Im running Champion Coppers, the same as the factory ones, and yes you need 16.

Well, if you have a Hemi, it'll want sixteen of those puppies. And it is certainly time if it's a Hemi. I used NGK 5306s in both of mine. If it's a 4.7, you may have some time to go yet. Aren't they a longer interval?

Yeah it is a HEMI, Should i use some kind of loctite on the threads and some electric grease or something on the top?

No loctite, but definitely anti-seize (kinda the opposite of Loctite). Dielectric grease on the top end (just a bit in the boot). Torque 'em to 12-14 ft. lbs (or snug + 1/8th). Remember the heads are aluminum.

I agree, The oem Champions or NGK 5306 will work just fine.
Use a little aint-sieze on the threads and dielectric grease on the coil boots.

How tuff is it to change the plugs? wondering if I should pay my shop to do it to be honest. I just read the back cyclinders can be a huge pain. I'd also be concerned about any dirt that is sitting around the plug falling in to the cylinder and I can't see it.
