Default My fan is always working!

I got this truck a couple of weeks ago, and I've got ONE complaint and don't want to drop my truck at the dealer's service department for 3 days on something that's probably simple... So my heat/AC (fan) is constantly blowing very gently when the *** is clearly all the way left and OFF. It works fine when I turn it on, blowing harder with each notch I turn the ***, but no matter what it's always blowing at least a little. Any advice or suggestions to the problem?

Does it blow even when the truck is sitting still?

I haven't checked that, I'm pretty sure it blows whenever the truck is running, both idling and at speed. I always turn it to the feet setting when I'm done using it because I can't feel it through my jeans. I get off work at 3, so I'll check it when it's sitting still before I leave.

Okay, so it doesn't blow when the truck is just sitting at an idle. But maybe it wasn't blowing the whole way home? I didnt check because it's blowing more often than not.

Put the air control on recirc and see if the air is moving while you're driving, you may be feeling air coming in from outside without the fan actually running.

air comes through the vents while the vehicle is moving when the ac/fan is off.

So I payed more attention this morning, and I don't just feel the air, I can hear it. It sounds like a little motor is running. I'm stumped.

Pull the motor. Its easily accessible in the passenger footwell. Its 3 screws. Once its turn the blower motor off, turn the key to on, and see if the fan cage spins. Usually when the resister is shot it'll work on a few speeds and not others. Never seen it never shut off though.
