Default Squeaky Rear Axel Noise

I was driving for maybe 5-10 minutes and i came to a stop light and i stopped and when i started to go again i noticed that there is a noise coming from my rear axle area that is like a squeaking noise. The sound gets faster as i accelerate and then eventually its either just i can't hear it over my exhaust or it goes away, but i dont know. Does anyone have an idea what this could be.

yeah, rear axles don't typically squeak. They whine, growl or clunk if they have a problem. Sounds like something with your brakes. They could be new and not set right and get noise.

I will almost guarantee its the rear u-joint. Some pop while others squeak.
