Hey Dmac hate to be a bummer, but there is no MAF sensor on a 2004 Hemi. Check ground straps as your getting a lot of different codes all at once that don't really have a lot to do with each other.

Yeah I did some research and saw that! No I havnt changed the plugs. I just recently purchased the truck. It had been sitting for a while and after I drove it for a while these codes popped up. I'm new to the hemi ram so bear with me lol I guess I need to change the plugs (which sucks considering there's 16..) I'll check them but are there any sensors that may possibly need cleaning/replacement?

P0127 is intake air temp too high. That coupled with the barometer one means somethings wrong on the air intake side and probably sensor related. If it's sensing weird stuff with air intake and trying to compensate, I could see a possible random misfire.

Since your getting a code from map sensor and iat sensor, goat is probably right with it being something electrical.

Map Sensors are cheap on Rock Auto if you just wanted to try one. 15 bucks.
