Default 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 hits and quits

My 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 Hits and quits. Sometimes it will start and sometimes it won't. When it does start it runs smooth, no missing at all.
Have to put your hand over the throttle body, then it starts every time. Starting from the switch, it will hit and quit 30-50 times before it will start on it's own. There was a few times that it would start on it's own. Have changed many sensors, fuel pump, sensors, coil packs, I really need some help please. No engine lights no codes, If you let it idle for ten or so then smash down the gas it dies. Please try to help. I have changed just about every thing that I can. I need all the feedback I can get. Please someone try to suggest something

Thanks

Cleaned TB, have replaced spark plugs, but not sensor plugs, not leaking or using coolant, replaced PCM. When it starts it don't miss and sounds like a new truck. Have changed coils, O2 sensor, TB sensors, Cam and Crank x2 needed OE, Sensors, Plugs, Fuel Pump x2 needed OE, New Exaust, this has nothing to do with it but, all new brakes, calipers, rotors all the way around. No codes come up at all.

What are the chances it is a vacuum leak? You mentioned putting your hand over the TB and it would start....sounds to me, like air is entering where it shouldn't...

Done checked all that. I wish that was it. Vacuum leak would make it either miss or hiss, wouldn't it. It sounds perfect when it idles or runs. I really appreciate you trying to help me. Any other suggestions? I checked the fuel pressure as well, it's good. Had already replaced the battery, which that has nothing to do with it. Starter does good. I turn the key on to start, hits then puffs out the exhaust. Same thing time after time until it feels like starting. Hold hand over TB and starts fine, runs fine. No missing or hissing of air anywhere.

Lol dont knock what a dead battery will do to your truck, even though you found out that isnt your problem. Its almost like its running to lean, Your hand chokes the TB so hmmmm. And you said fuel rail pressure is good?

The battery is very strong. It can try to start 20 times then take off running. So the battery is very good. I have idea, that is why I am here. lol Thank you all for trying to help me. I am at my wits end.

Yeah like i said you have already figured out you battery isnt the situation. Good news, I was just trying to inform you that a bad battery can make your truck do some very odd things. Maybe someone else will get on here with some better opinions and lead you to some help

Sorry, I hope I didn't sound mean or anything. Just so frustrated because the truck has been down for over a month and I have put a lot of parts on it and it still don't work. I apologize if I sounded that way.
