headlights stayed on after i shut them off
Last night when I came home I shut my headlights off like I always do but when I got out i noticed the head lights were still on.I went back in the truck and i did turn the switch to off.So I turned the headlight switch back to on then back to off then they went off.why would my headlights do this?

^^ all correct. but its only one minute. its somewhere in the manual. i think you can turn it off somehow if you dont like it, along with the keyless lock horn and lights. a lot of cool little features i didnt know about until i read the manual.
did you know, if you turn your dimming dial all the way down, it turns off the dome lights even if your doors are open? so it doesnt kill your battery. theyre called party lights. i use em all the time!!

doesnt matter if you've got auto lights or not. i don't.
try this
1. start engine
2. turn on lights
3. turn off engine
4. turn off lights
(simple right?)
they should stay on for 1 minute then cut off.
they're courtesy lights. for when you get home at night, or have a dark garage.
edit: it wont do it if you turn off the engine before the lights, if thats what you mean by "it never did this before"
