Yeah, the ABS tone ring is to the left of that mark on the cover so it's ok. In the pics you only see 3 of the 5 bolts I said we're broke. The other 2 were small pieces in the bottom of the carrier. There are nicks on the inside of the carrier cover from pieces getting thrown around.

How long has your unit been in service? Miles?

Im not sure on mileage. My 04 only has 80 something thousand miles on it so I dont drive it that much.

Gears and diff were put in around the middle of 09.

I got everything put back together today. 12 brand new bolts at $6 each and torqued at 115 ft lbs and put in with red thread locker
