HID foglights?
I have zero experience/knowledge of HID's but I'm thinking of converting, starting with the fogs...
Are these what I would need? And do I just swap the bulbs and attach the ballast thingy?

Its an 07 btw. Thanks guys & gals.

ok I read through the HID problems page as you guys instructed.
Now, I'm looking at 55w 6000k's for the fogs, and keeping my halogen headlights for now (short on cash At the moment).
I hate to ask again, but I like to be 100% sure of things: the HID 9006 bulbs WILL fit in the factory foglight housings, correct?
Please don't beat me with a stick for asking!

Yes a 9006 HID Bulb will have the same base as your factory 9006 Halogen Bulb so it will plug right into your fog lights.
It was suggested to me to install a relay on my Fog Lights if I chose a 55w ballast. Even though the fogs are not controlled by the sensitive TIPM the ballasts will draw more power than the stock fog light harness was designed to handle. If you install a 9006 relay this power will pull direct from the battery rather than through your factory wiring.
It is not required and you can definitely connect your ballast directly to your factory fog plugs and it will work fine but when I get around to installing HID's in my fogs i'll be installing a $15 relay to power them just to be safe.
