The Power distribution Center develops over time, corrosion on the internal printed circuit boards. This causes high resistance/open circuit conditions that stop the FCM (Front Control Module) from switching on stuff such as head lights, rear lights and particularly the park lamps. Plus, other more weird stuff.
If all your bulbs, fuses, and wiring are OK, I'd bet it's that.

It's a module that's attached to the side of the PDC.
It has 4 screws bolting it on.
Remove those and then pull the module away from the PDC.
Disconnect the battery first.
There's a large plug on the back of it which fits into its partner on the PDC.

The multi function switch is the main lights switch in the cab, that turns the park, heads, and the fogs on.
The FCM is an electronic module as stated earlier, that bolts to the side of the PDC.
