The sensor is brand new. It had the same code with the old sensor. The confusing part is that I can cancel the code and start it back up with no code. I can drive it as long as I want with no code, but as soon as I turn the engine off and then start it back up, the code comes back. Then I can shut the engine off and cancel the code and then restart the engine and the code is gone again until I shut down the engine and restart it. It always takes about 30 seconds or so for the code to come back on after the engine is running again. It seems like it is a start up problem. I'm not physically able right now, but when I am, I'm going to switch sides with the sensors to make sure it is not the sensor. I'm wondering if it is in the ecm.

I can't remember the brand name other than it is not a Bosh. I do have a scanner that does live readings and all 4 sensors read much the same.

See what the sensors read key on, engine off. (cold) See what the numbers do on a hot restart as well. (when it normally would set the code again.)

It throws the code with the engine hot or cold. Doesn't matter. Still the puzzling part is that it does not throw the code on a restart after cancelling the code. Hot or cold. Doesn't matter.

By the way, I have changed all 8 injectors too after reading that a bad injector can cause a sensor code. So it isn't an injector.

Might wanna check the connectors, and harness for bad wiring...... If one of the pins is pushing out of the connector, that may cause the issue.....

I would think that if it is a wiring harness issue that the code would come right back all the time. Even if the code has been cancelled, but I can cancel the code and restart and drive up until I turn it off without the code coming back.
