O2 Sensor Codes, but not the sensors ???
The code is whining about the voltage on bank 1 sensor one not switching soon enough...... Might just be a poor connection on the sensor heater circuit.
Since you replaced the sensor, with no change in symptoms, gotta be a wiring issue.

I'll check the plug when I get back on my feet. I'm ill right now and have to go to the hospital tomorrow. Thanks for all the advice and when I get it figured out I'll post it. Also thanks for this forum. I read several posts on here just to get some idea as to what might be going on with my 5.7.

Good Luck!
Well I was able to get under the truck today and switch sides with the upstreem sensors. Before I unplugged them I checked the wires very well at the plugins and checked them again after I unplugged them. All wires and contacts were pushed in all the way. So I thought that maybe there might be a contact problem with the pins so I took a very small and very pointed tool and pushed the contact area of the femail contacts inward in order to make better contact, but to no avail. It still throws the same code on the sensor 1 bank 1. So since I switch the sensors from side to side, the problem still has to be on the left side.
