Unhappy 06 1500 5.7 manifold leak?

Hello I am new to DF my 2006 1500 5.7 Hemi it only sometimes sounds like a exhaust/manifold leak? Sounds more so when cold? No visible holes, cracks, split or noticeable separation, maybe bad manifold gasket? Any assistance would be appreciated! And a suggestion on a good fuel injector cleaner for these engines please. Thank you!

I have an 04 with the 4.7 that had this same issue last summer. It would "tick" when it was cold, and then sound fine once it was warmed up. Turns out I had a couple of bolts with busted off heads that were causing this. I ended up dishing out about $600 to have the manifolds pulled, machined and put back on with new gaskets.

It's best to get it taken care of before the manifolds warp to the point that they have to be replaced...

So now I had manifolds fixed 4bolt heads each side 8 total than found every spark plug (16) fried (somehow still firing?) and replaced them. Now it sounds like it's dying only during coasting? Anyone have any idea? Dodge dealership and private mechanics all puzzled?

What plugs did you use. Plain Jane copper is what Hemi's like best.

Champion copper is what everyone said was best, the champion copper I pulled out, the center was below the porcelain not sure how it kept running. I'm going threw and checking gaps and making sure their 13ft/lbs torque. Now I have been told rams don't like plug thread compound anti seize/lock etc... Anyone using it?
