Welcome to the site

P0113 has to do with the Intake Air Temp sensor

While this wont have anything to do with it not starting, no fuel pressure at the fuel rail schrader valve is a good start as no fuel means no start.

So,when you flip the key forward, do you hear the fuel pump cut on and then turn off? If you cant hear it, have someone stand beside the truck and listen.

Yes, you hear it? Any fuel in the tank?
Yes. Then drop the tank and inspect it to make sure nothing is clogged.
If not clogged, remove the schrader valve from the fuel rail and used compressed air to blow air from the fuel line back at the fuel pump and make sure it is clean and clear at the fuel rail

If you do not hear the fuel pump at all, first check fuse #17 (15A) and then relay in the fuse box. Swap it with another of the same kind in the fuse box. If that doesnt work, time to get a volt meter and test for voltage at the relay pin 30 and 87. The the relay is energized, the contacts close and voltage 30 and 87 then go to 87a which is your orange/red wire that goes to your pump.

Now to energize that relay, the PCM provides power to pin 85 or 86. Im not sure which but one should have voltage and then other should be the ground so test accordingly.

If all of that is good..........

Then go check for voltage at the fuel pump.
On the fuel pump is a 4 pin electrical connector.
12ga blk/or wire is ground
14ga orange/red is 12v+

As a note, fuel pressure on the rail should be 58 +/- 2 psi

See additional info below

Computers and Control Systems: Diagnostic Trouble Code Tests and Associated Procedures
P0113
SYMPTOM
P0113-INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH
WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on. Battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.
SET CONDITION
The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor circuit voltage at the PCM goes above 4.98 volts for more than 2.8 seconds. One Trip Fault. Three good
trips to turn off the MIL.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
- IAT Sensor voltage above 4.98 volts
- IAT Sensor
- (K21) IAT Signal circuit shorted to battery voltage
- (K21) IAT Signal circuit open
- (K900) Sensor ground circuit open
- PCM

Want you to know. my 03 ram has the po113 code and I appreciate any and all info I can get. I just bought this truck 5.7 Hemi, cranks, then runs very radical. RPM goes from 600 up to 1500 then back and forth. only code showing is the po113. any ideas what else I need to consider?

That's whining about the intake air temp sensor. It really shouldn't have that much of an effect on how your truck runs..... If you have a severely unstable idle, you have other issues in there as well. First thing I would check for is vacuum leaks.

Thanks HeyYou, I'll check for vacuum leaks and go from there.

I love the above. I have a 2007 1500 Megacab with the 5.7; would the above troubleshooting be valid for me? I am trying to determine if my pump is bad or if the TIPM is bad...

I keep reading that the fuel pump relay is integrated into the TIPM, and there is no fuse that says fuel pump. Any ideas for a 2007?
