04 1500 SLT Hemi, Sway abr bushings Stock or Poly?
#12
Got the 34mm too and wll be getting on it this weekend. The parts are less expensive than I would have expected. OEM end links can be had for about 75 each and I got the Moogs 80 for the pair so I do not mind having one set of sway bar bushings extra!
Appreciate it!!!

Joe.G;
I ordered the end links and 34mm bushings off of Amazon and my 2-day shipping promise was BS this time. Found out O'reilly's had them after I ordered.
Was geared up to do it today so I opened it up with just the 36mm bushings.
You are definitely right about the 36mm's being too big. I called who I could about this after seeing it and there were only 2 sway bar sizes for the 04 4wd's. 33mm and 34mm. I think mine is the 34mm. Just pulled a tape across it and converted. I have also been told that I have a HD front diff; do not know if that would make any difference.
My factory bushings are in really good shape. The white is glazed up lube.
Still want to replace but am going to do more research next week.
The keeper bolts were at 23ft lbs. on mine. No loc-tite. I know it has never been cracked open.
The only reason I started looking into these parts was I noticed a small hole in my end link to LCA while I was doing my brakes. No noises yet but I also do not want to hear any.
Thanks,
jfotsch
