Default G2 Diff cover 9.25 rear fluid Capicity ? Who's running one?

Hi, I just installed a G2 Diff cover 9.25 rear Does anyone have this cover?what is the fluid Capacity ? G2 says 2.5-3 Qt but they also said it's not a extra capacity cover so I am not sure if I should add more as 2.5 Qt is only about a quart way up dip stick to the full line.

Ill call them again on Monday ( They are closed today ) but I figured Id ask if you guys knew.

2 1/2-3 quarts is about right for stock capacity. Hope that dip stick is well sealed.

Ok, Because I see stock amount any where from 2.25 to 2.50 QT's, G2 said 2.5 to 3 Qt's and that it took same as stock but this cover Def looks deeper then stock. I just don't want to over fill it nor do i want to under fill it. I just don't know how accurate the dip stick is.

You guys using stock cover?

I added 3 Qt total, and I believe it to be between a 1/4 and 1/2 way up the axle tube according to the dipstick and rough estimates. I am hoping that it is the correct level/Amount.

Several sites and differential builders prefer that the level be at the point where it comes out of the differential cover fill plug hole and that point is 2 quarts 16oz (or 2 1/2 quarts if you prefer) near exact at the spill out point of the stock 9.25 cover fill hole.

Not exactly sure how you'd get 3 quarts in there, mine was level and started to drip out of the fill hole at 2.5 quarts on both my 04 Hemi Ram and my 97 Ram.

I have a aftermarket cover with the fill on the top, I could probably fit another gallon if I wanted to.

Looking at their site (link in OP) I would be leery when the drain is on top and the fill is on the bottom. I guess you have to flip the truck over to properly check the fluid
