Unhappy 04 Ram 1500 No Start, No Square PRND21

04 Ram 1500 Hemi won't start. The PRND21 is showing on the dash but there is no square around any gear. I have replaced the Transmission Control Solenoid that is on top of the valve body which didn't cure the issue. It will not turn over in any gear. I replaced both of the battery terminals, plus tried another battery. Still nothing. And now I noticed that the outdoor temp is reading 130 degrees all the time. Where should I go next?

I eliminated the KARR alarm system because I hated it anyways, but that wasn't the issue either. I have the ignition switch out but I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I found the BTIS solenoid dangling just above the kick panel. It's always shifted out of park no matter if the truck was running or off, brake pushed or not. I doubt that's the issue either.

Stumped....

Sounds like either bad a bad PCM or corroded power distribution box under the hood.

I borrowed a PCM from an identical running truck (year, engine, trans, fuel tank, bed size, pcm and part number) from a buddy at a salvage yard and it still does the same thing. I'm going to take the PDC out tomorrow when it's not -10 outside and see what I find. It's strange because one day it was running fine, then the next day the issues started.

I pulled the PDC out today and dismantled it. This is what I found.

That's what mine looked like too! Didn't fix my issues though but it needed it either way. Also found out dodge makes a lower cover to put under the module to protect the wires from moisture.

I don't know where to go next? Maybe the FCM fried? Like I said, it worked fine one day, then the next day is when the issue started.

Well mine is an 04. Im having the same issue. No start. No spark no fuel oil pressure reads 0 while cranking and now I realize my prndl is all lit up with no square block. Plus my outside temp reads -40. Not that cold yet lol. Ive put a reman computer new fuse block crank cam and oil pressure sensors. Now it needed most of these items as they were worn or out of spec. But im still in the same boat.
