I would measure the distance between the spring perches, and then check 1 ton trucks to see how close they are...... might be able to grab a D70, or 80 that is already set up for duals.
I would like that idea but with the 3.92 gears I have I wouldnt be able to use it, they are the 3.73 (which I thought I had but I do not). The closest ones I would be able to get to would be the S110, S135, or S150 with the 3.91 ratios (unless there being a ring gear size difference would change up to different ratios on the ground). My front has the 3.92 in it also, so I dont think the 3.73 would work for the rear and front matched.

Your motorhome is a 4x4??

If you want a full-floating axle, designed for use with dual rear wheels, without an adapter....... you are going to have to replace what you have now. 1 ton trucks are going to be your only option here, as the 3/4 ton trucks did not come with duals. The dually axles are wider than their single wheel counterparts, so, it's not just a matter of swaping over some parts. You can change the gears, before installation, to match the front ratio. 3.92 was an option, but, finding one that already has those gears in it, is likely going to be difficult.

Motorhome? This is for a 04 Ram 1500 LOL I would not mind putting a dually axle under her as I built a dumping flatbed for it and have 3-ton airbag suspension. I do overwork this axle quite a bit, but I can't afford a different truck yet.

Its all good, kind of made me chuckle a little bit! I got all the parts I needed and slapped it back together last night (Milwaukee 18V 1/2" impact made short work of that damn new crush sleeve LOL). I got it set to about as close to 17-20 in-lbs as I could (probably closer to 20 as my 1/4" torque wrench doesnt go lower than 20) but I think this will be fine. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to do this to this truck!

Thank you all again for all the help!!
