Ok i have a 04 ram 5.7 hemi i have a shudder at driving speed. Ive replaced 7 coil plugs wires injecters cam sens crank sens up strem 02 bank 1 map sens maf sens iat sens. It has a rough idle as well. Drive shaft u joints are good.all tires are true when you driving say at idle speed cruzing speed say 100klm you feel a slight shudder give it a bit of gas its shudders bad. Im mechanically incline been wrenching for thowsands of years but im stumped. Could it be valve springs

 

You have addressed all the electrical components..... that leaves mechanical. Time to do a compression test I think.

 

Im assuming comp on the hemi is about 180 psi. I ordered a valve spring set im going to do them any way even if comp is normal the old girl has 380 thousand klm on her
