Default Lost key alarm going off

My key was lost. I had a guy come out and make a new one for me. If I lock the doors the alarm sounds when I unlock and open the door. How can I bypass the alarm?

I'd like to think that means the truck thinks it's being broke in everytime... maybe have someone else make a key and see if the problem goes away?

He only made the chip key. It doesn't have the remote entry buttons.

It starts the truck just fine. I think it has to do with not having the fob part. Maybe not.
