Default Identifiyng 5.7 hemi engine

Hello i needing some help in identifying the year of hemi engine thats been swapped into i truck i bought so i can get the proper pcm for it, as of now it has a pcm for 3.7 v6. My guess is this could be causing a few issues i have like a p0443 code that is there soon as vehicle is started even after resetting it

Numbers on head passenger side

Tag on valve cover on driver side believe it says 553021332ca Not sure what top one is but i think it says tnxe5093310011

Pcm part number comes up for 3.7 dodge
P/n is p56028789ae

Sorry for poor pic and angles

You may need to ask your local dodge service dept for that answer.

I wonder how it's even possible... I would think it would be messy to say the least.

Dodge dealer here isnt much help.
runs pretty good asides that i cant get it to pass smog due to a p0443 code which comes on soon as you start the engine.

Looks like an 03 due to the aluminum valve cover and the 2003 date stamp on the plug wire.

Part number on the valve cover (if original to the engine) comes back as 03-04. Look on the passenger side cylinder head, if it has EGR it's an 04 1500, if it doesn't it's an 03 or 04 1500/2500/3500.
