Default 05 ram 4.7 v8 won't rev past 2500

have had a number of issues with the truck and just replaced the motor with an 06 durango. Now I can't get the rpms over 2500. Cleaned the map sensor, changed fuel pump and fuel lines, and still not running properly. Any help is appreciated.

1. In gear or in neutral?
2. If in gear, did you check to ensure the crank tone wheel tooth count was the same, or found the first affordable 4.7 you could find and dropped it in? 2005 Ram is still a PCI bus system, Durango had already gone to CAN bus by 2004.

P0202* Injector #2 Control Circuit
P0302* Cylinder #2 Misfire
I'd start with cylinder #2
