Default Needing help

2005 Dodge ram 1500 5.7l. Needing a little help here. I got off work the other day. Truck ran great going to work. Now it does nothing. I get a long beep 10 seconds to be exact. Followed by a series of 2 beeps 3 times for a total of 6 beeps. Then followed by a long 5 second beep. Anyone have any clue?

I was not aware that these trucks did beep codes...... Thought that was just a computer thing. Moving this to third gen ram section for ya.

Yeah, the error messages are really informative, aren't they....

I think you need to few more posts to do that though. Can you host the file elsewhere, and just link it here??

Is the starter not rolling the engine over at all? But the solenoid is engaging? I would be looking at the starter you just put in there.......

Keep in mind, the starter is controlled by a relay. Relay will click when you turn the key to start, but, you won't hear it, because its under the hood, and everything else happening is pretty loud. The solenoid on the starter, however, IS pretty loud, and it's a rather solid THUNK when it engages. Which do you think you are getting?

Same behavior as the one you replaced? I would be checking the main power feed to the starter motor itself.
