Default 2004 ram 1500 4wd front end thumping

so last year my sister was driving my truck and decided to swerve from a deer and hit a guard rail. at the time i had a set of 2013 dodge 1500 20in rims on it. and a few months ago i did a front wheel bearing thinking that was the issue and it’s still there. could it be a front cv axle? or anything else. thank you.

When do you hear it? Does the sound change with vehicle speed? Feel anything thru the steering wheel, or the floor? Worse when cornering?

Which front wheel bearing was replaced?

It sure sounds like a bearing though..... but, I would expect you would feel some of it in the steering as well. How are the u-joints in your front driveshaft?

That indicates the drivers side bearing is also having issues.
