Default Suspension nightmare

I have a 2002 Ram 1500 SLT. Two-wheel drive 4.7L. I have completely rebuilt the whole front end. Even a brand new power steering pump and rack and pinion. I replaced the rear springs and put new shocks all the way around. It's still sways and drives subpar. Granted I haven't used the most expensive parts but I tried to at least go mid-ground. Any suggestions?

Were the suspension parts torqued with the suspension loaded?

I would say yes. It seems like the truck just eats the sway bar bushings and link bushings.
