I,'ve got an 02(new body)ram1500 3.7 5speed manual. Also have 06 Chrysler 300 srt8. My question is for the Dodge. Can I bolt my rear discs on about 98 ram1500 drum rear end and will that rear bolt up to my truck. Thanks

Didn't Dodge go to different axles in 02?? Aren't they AAM, instead of corporate? Or did that happen later?

No, 2002-2008 1500 rear axles are the good old 9¼. So you're trying to put your brakes on a 1998 rear to put under your 2002?

3rd Gen rear discs will bolt to a Gen2 drum differential if you move the mounting plates. The '98 will fit your '02, change the pinion flange, check your ABS sensor/wiring.
