take a look at the plugs, they will give you a lot of info.
If you diagnose a lean condition, I would not drive the truck again until that is addressed.
I agree with heyyou that you could have a vacuum leak, many times this will result in lean burn.
You could also have a lean or rich condition caused by modifying your O2 sensors.
What's your gas mileage been?

Could be something as simple as the crank sensor. On an '04 Hemi, it's on the right side of block, 1 bolt & a wiring connector and under $30 for the part.
