Default Fuel leak at rail

I have a small fuel leak at the fuel rail where the fuel line connects. I am having a difficult time finding a part number for the fuel line. Does anyone know a good source for this line and the correct part number? It’s for a ‘05 1500 QC 4x4 with a 4.7L engine.

Should just be a couple o-rings in there.... Maybe only one. Should be able to match it up at your local parts store.

Of course, it may be that the line is just to corroded to seal properly too....

I cleaned the line and pressurized the fuel system. I found a small pinhole spraying fuel. Definitely not an o-ring issue.

Your fuel rail quick disconnect fitting looks ok from here.
You'll need a fuel line disconnect tool.
I wouldn't order the new fuel line online. I'd go to a dealer or a auto line specialty store, you'll need to talk to someone to get the right part.

Yeah, the fitting is fine. For now I sealed the pinhole with some JB Steel Stick. I removed the rust with naval jelly and sanded it after rinsing. Looks like crap lol but sealed the leak for now.

There is another fitting at the other end of that flexible line. I believe you have a hard line coming forward from the fuel pump that terminates below the engine. There's a flexible fuel line that connects between the hard line and fuel rail.
The other end of that flexible line could be steel, just like in your picture, or possibly plastic with a push-button release. The fitting will likely be covered with wire loom or nylon sheathing.
I've received good fuel line products from Russell Performance. The lines I've ordered were anodized aluminum fittings and stainless steel braided flex lines.

On what, the hose or the rail?

The line, not the rail. About 3/8” before it makes the bend towards the rail.

So much for the quick fix. Starting leaking again. Got to replace the line.
