You have a bad connection somewhere. Finding it is going to be the fun part.

If EVERYTHING was flickering, gauges, lights, etc, then its likely to be one of the main power feeds, or grounds.

I checked every wire from the front of the truck to the rear of the truck. Still the same issues. Like yesterday started up just fine but not even 5 min the truck just turned off. Then it was hard to start, then I saw my check engine light (koeo) blink 12 times then the truck start up again. Then I stopped at red light when the light turned green the truck died again with no signs of dieing out. Does anyone have ideas?

I realize you put a voltmeter on it. But when the computer sees less than 12v all kinds of things can wrong. Wondering if you don't have battery issues. My 03 died on occasion driving. I chased my tail for a while. Then the first cold snap the battery was bad.
