You posted that it’s a 4.8l I think you meant 4.7l. If so keep very good maintenance on it. Oil change, coolant level, ect. 4.7’s don’t like to get hot. Usually takes 1 time of it happening and the motor is toast. I’ve got 217000 on mine and I’m very meticulous about oil changes and such. The other thing to look out for is the timing chain guides. They usually don’t last past 100000, it’s a pia to do and I had to have someone do mine.

I see a traction bar installed. I rec you do some research on traction bars and why they are used. Given the bent leafs and traction bar, I suspect your truck did some heavy towing at some point.
Have you opened up the rear diff and taken a look? It couldn't hurt to change the diff fluid, and you can also see if you have open diff or anti-spin (aka posi trac, LSD).

They're kicker bars, designed to resist the rearward movement of the front cross member on shock loads. By bolting a new front cross member onto the existing cross member, you've introduced a torsional component the factory mounts weren't designed for. They bolt from rearward front cross member to the transmission brace.
Not necessary under normal driving conditions but if you go off road, hit a curb in the snow, tag a rock, etc, the shock loads from the extra 5 inch drop could cause frame issues.
