2005 2500 Hemi quad 4x4, always getting the lamp out warning. It will go away for a month or 2, then find its way back for a month or 2. Light assembly's new 3 years ago. I do have a plow not sure if it could be the light controller. Drivers side headlight only

It's the crap rear lamp circuit boards. I finally gave up and found a set of LED housings that I didn't hate.

 

My lamp out did that turns out filament in right front blinker was broke, but enough to keep contact…..I had to trace it down cuz bird hunting on dirt roads, every bump, ding ding ding ding cuz the filiment kept losing and catching contact

 

It doesn't tell you WHICH lamp is out??

 

If you have the fancier overhead EVIC it does (mine was always the right rear). If you just have the OTIS or nothing then you just get the LAMP OUT in the cluster with the annoying *** constant ding.

 

mine is always left head light

 

my left stopped working, and I bridged it to fog lights. Replaced FCM, no change, replaced fuse box, problem solved and no more bridge to fogs
