Default Help! No throttle and 3500 rpm idle!

Hey! I've gone through this truck every way i can think. It all started with the accelerator losing response and I was able to fix the issue temporarily by resetting it via the 15 second method in the handbook. After that it has been a wild goose chase to fix my idle and make my truck drivable again.
things I've replaced: accelerator pedal position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, oil pressure sensor, alternator, battery, spark plugs, serpentine belt, throttle body, and a few other unimportant things. I am clueless.
The truck has zero throttle response and idles at 3400 to 4000 unless my foot is to the floor on the brake. If my foot is on the brake it idles where it should. Idle is high in every gear including neutral. We have tried multiple times to relearn my pedal and nothing comes of it. It will run and drive but that is far too dangerous as it could turn into a runaway very quickly. Any ideas will Help tremendously.
Thank you in advance.

Do you have a throttle cable or an apps sensor? If you have a throttle cable, check under the pedal and see if the carpet has roll up under the pedal. That will prevent a full travel of the throttle. If you have an apps sensor. Did you do a re-lean on the throttle?

None at all. No check engine light and no codes. Only a flashing lightning bolt.

no throttle cable. The apps sensor was replaced and relearned. I have no carpets in this dodge. I don't like floor mats. I have no response whatsoever.

I know we had a problem with the throttle bodies on the Cars. There was an updated throttle body and the wire connector had to be replaced. The reason the lighting bolt is flashing is because the throttle did not re-learn.
