Replacing stock horns with train horns. Good idea? Bad idea?
So I wanna replace the stock horns on my 2008 1500 Laramie with train horns. I'm not concerned with any legalities. Each horn comes with its own relay and air compressor. Am I going to run into any issues?

Leave your stock horn in place and wire the train horns separate. That way if anybody complains, it wasn't you and you can hit your stock horn. When I was in high school, I had an extra horn wired under the back bumper on my car. I had a cop standing next to my front fender in a traffic jam. One of the biggest jerks in school was behind me. I started blowing the rear horn. I was waved on and he had to answer questions.
Wiring the train horns separate also make it easy to move them to another vehicle.
