If the lights are on, there should be codes. Need a fairly high zoot scanner to read ABS and SRS though.

Did you change the computer as well?

Too many possibilities to list. But, you already dealt with what was my first thought... vin mismatch.

Need to figure out why it wouldn't run before that, 06 & 07 1500 engines are identical (if it was a 1500 to 1500 swap). Should have been plug and play with your existing onboard elex (PCM and wiring). You're getting problems because each year there are harness and computer variations, i.e. you're running a 2007 computer in your 2006 architecture and your truck doesn't like it.

c2202 is a vin mismatch on the ABS module. u1416 is a weird one... no clue there.

You turned something straightforward into a sh!tshow electrical nightmare. U codes are module communication problems. As per any reference I have, U1416 doesn't exist for Mopar. You sure it isn't P1416?
You LITERALLY should have just dropped it in and hooked everything up and it would've been fine. That engine didn't need the donor electronics smh.
