Default 545rfe buzzing

Hey all, I have a 2004 ram 1500 5.7 hemi with a 545rfe and about 155,000 miles. The trucks been pretty reliable, I got it about a year ago cheap and put a new engine in it. recently I started getting a buzzing noise, in park it is slight and sounds like its near the front of the transmission but when the truck is in 2nd gear it is really loud. The buzzing is rpm based meaning as the rpms raise the gets "quicker". it sounds like something is rubbing on the teeth of the flexplace. I thought it would be a solenoid but it changes with rpm which doesn't make sense to me. I scanned it with a really good scanner and 0 codes. Any guesses? Thanks!

It’s a more precise and times buzz. Heat shields would be also have a much lower frequency. Typically.

they were good when I put the engine in. Why would the noise only be in 2nd gear?
