Default Park lamps stay on

Hi, I have a 2005 Ram 1500 with the 4.7 what I was wondering why my turn signal lights would be on all the time even after I shut off the truck. I was able to get them to turn off for a bit but they turned back on over night, this all started after I tested a winch on my battery, I’ve replaced bulbs, the relay, and I also looked for corrosion in the connections but there was nothing also with no broken wires. Any feedback would be appreciated

Might just be a fluke. but are all park lights on or just the rear...if it's just the rear could be the brake switch that sits up under the dash where the pedal makes contact. When you press the brake pedal it closes the circuit allowing the current to flow and power the lights. When you let off the pedal it opens the circuit and breaks the flow turning them off. Again only thinking if its the back lights not all lights. Other than that it's a grounding issue. Just gotta start tracing wires.

Do you have and LED or HID bulbs on your truck, or do you have stock Halogen bulbs?
