Sputtering and hard starting are indicators of failing fuel pump. Copper plugs are great idea, if issue persists then fuel pump failure is likely.

New fuel pump, didn’t fix it. When I hit the gas it helps it start, makes me think it’s getting too much fuel?

What does the throttle position sensor have to say at closed throttle? It the throttle body itself dirty?

I cleaned it recently and 12.2 at idle and 11.8 when warmed up. TB seems like the last thing left to try but it performs the same as when it starts normal.

Is that percentage?? Or volts? If that's volts, that isn't right. It's only a 5 volt signal going to it.

Ok, that makes more sense.

Those numbers look ok. Have you checked fuel pressure when it doesn't really wanna start? Maybe swap the fuel pump relay? (if you can.....)

Fuel pressure is good. 52psi with key on, 59 running. It’s getting spark. Put a new throttle body (even though original checked good). What else can effect starting from sitting 1+ hours? It’ll start perfect over and over again in a row. But I wait a little while and it’ll take 15 seconds of cranking until it finally sputters to life. And like I said if I give it throttle it will start sooner

Probably something is getting heat soaked, and not reading properly. Would be interesting to see what all the sensors are reporting when the engine isn't quite cold....
