Default Wheel turning problem

Hello,
I have steering problem when parked. Its not possible to turn wheels all the way to the left (only about half of steering wheel turn), when truck is standing (on idle or on rpm there is no differance). To the right everything is fine and its possible tu make full turn. When truck is moveing its possible to make full turn to the left without any issues. Power steering pump, pump to steering gear hose, fluid and belt with tensioner instaled new. Fluid is without air bubbles. Dodge RAM 2500HD, 2008year, 4x4, 5.7hemi engine
Added link to youtube, to show how turning looks

Need to crawl under there, and see if something is interfering with the linkages. I might also be tempted to have a look at the brakes...... I assume you are stepping on the pedal while doing that?

Yeah, looks like it is mechanically blocked somehow?!

Maybe jack the front axle up and try again?

If there would be air in the system it wouldn't turn easily either way. So must be something else.

No I dont push brake when I turn wheels, I have done that in Parking mode. In D, N or R nothing changes. I have seen on youtube guy with same problem and he changed power steering pump, and problem solved. So I decidet to do the same thing, but it didnt helped

Yesturday when front axle was lifted it was possible to turn both sides and also when on the ground. Today after test drive this happened. I think that it can be steering gear box, but it is last what I want to change because of the price 750USD with shipping to Europe where I live

Something is binding..... Finding it is the hard part. Pretty much impossible without being able to lay hands on it.

The new pump started makeing same noise as old one, but now also started to push fluid outside reservoir. I whink that there might be a problem with steering gear (steering wheel is difficulto to steer, even when truck is lifted). I can buy a pump with that white reservoir, but will it fit bolt on and will it work? Because my old one is the same as that without back plate. Or I need to buy some thing more to put that with white reservoir?
And what about steering gear? I found one writen as heavy duty https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...441418&pt=7416 , but it looks different from my old one https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...441418&pt=7416 should I buy that heavy duty or its not worth it?
