Do the Polished forged wheels, like the ones on the Power Wagon have a clear coat on them or can I use MOTHERS aluminum mag cleaner on them??

ThunderRoad is basically an SLT with a decal that says "ThunderRoad" on the rear panels.

 

And has the non-functional hood scoop with the urethane "ground effects." At least on the one's I've seen.

And yes, you can use the Mother's polish. It works rather well, too. I also like the Mother's Powerball.

 

"Thunder Road" is ordering package for the North East / Mid Atlantic. It differs abit with the 1500 and 2500/3500.
The Thunder Road 2500/3500 package gets...... Black bodyside moldings, sliding rear window, 17" forged polished aluminum wheels, fog lamps, Heavy Trailer tow group, Tow hooks, Sirus Sat radio, Leather steering wheel, Thunder Road badges.

Talked to my dealer...Forged polished wheels do have a clearcoat on them. ie....Treat them like a painted surface.

 

We've got plenty of Thunder Road edition Rams (mostly 1500's) here in South FLorida.

 

Most every thing in the north east, this time of year eventually makes its way down to Florida. I guess the trucks are even staying away from the snow.
