Be interesting to see. I upset my local dealer as he was trying to sell me a 2005 Laramie as a 2006 model in Red with silly little 17" wheels and no options available. I went elsewhere to get the truck more to how I wanted it and now he has a major sulk going on. I suppose if I can get past the sales side and get to the service side then I should be okay. Have you seen the state of the genuine imports?

No I haven't seen the imported stuff. Glad you found out about the sales guy tring to stiff you. They're mostly all (Sales) a bunch of thieving backstabbing, tell you anything to get a sale, ****oles.
I wouldn't trust one as far as I could throw one ha ha ha. I love how the American guys on here call it the stealership ha ha ha.
My son works in a local garage and he says that usually, the sales and service guys steer clear of each other as the service guys think sales are full of sh*t as well. Service guys tend to speak their minds.
Just walk to the parts and service counter and breez past the sales and you'll be OK. Afterall, your still spending money in there.
Did you get my PM?
Al.

If I ever make it back to England I am buying you a pint. I am bigger than most cars in the UK as well as most of Europe so its nice to see what must be a beast roaming around.

Where in Texas. I used to work in and arround the DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) area back in the early 80's.
Why, why, why, do you want to come back?
Have you been home of late?
If not, I think you'll see a big change.
