RE: 4x2 or 4x4 and why -
my first truck was a 2wd i spent more time putting chainson (in the summer and winter) than driving it. i will never buy anouther 2wd ill spend the cupple extera bucks to use my outher 2 wheels, now a days there about the same price anyways. if i wanted something 2 wheel drive id buy a car in my oppinion a 2wd truck is useless. i know there are some pepole who like them but im shure at one point or anouther you wish it was a 4x4 (like wen your stuck) i live in northern canada too, not quite as far notth as arcticcdnfc lol but 2wd trucks are not that common just because of they are not practicle. if you have a truck then you should be able to do what a truck can if you want somethin to only drive on nice roads get a car

And when I see a regular cab stuck in a snowy or muddy ditch, I'll stop, and laugh, and then NOT pull you out.

4x2, don't like the stiff bumpy ride of the 4x4. I drove them both before choosing. I also think the steering is better on a 4x2.
I just did a road trip to upstate NY, and put a few bags of concrete in the bed and had no problems getting around.
Had to go easy on the gas pedal because the *** ends comes around easy.
Mine is a street truck, 2wd is all I need.
If I did have a 4x4 I would have one like this!

I chose 2wd b/c I had an 02 4.7 dak 4x4 drove it for 2 years not once did i put it into 4wd, I live in florida and to **** to let my truck get dirty thus preventing me from going off road. if i were in another part of the country i would buy a 4x4 then immediatly jack it to the roof with boggers, I love lifted 4x4 but just doesn't suit my needs.
