I dont think there is enough room for a 12 under the seat thats why i went with 10's My bro has 2 -12's in his trunk in a box in his crown vic and he seems to think mine hit just as hard and deep as his does. Im very happy with my setup

JL makes a couple of enclosures which should sound pretty good. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_s...p;model_id=740

Im running a single sub and it sounds terrific.

all the boxs that u can buy i found didnt have much airspace in them, so i made my own.... it has about twice the airspace as one you would buy and sounds amazing running 2 10" alpine tipe E subs off a 250watt rms mono block amp.

i would jsut go 10's. They are a tight enough fit as it is, 12" would probly sound worse cause there wont be enough air for them to work properly

I went with a fiberglass box and 4- 8" solobaric subs to maximize air space. Storage obviously was not my first concern.

Obviously indeed. But I agree with you, I think 8"s will sound better than 10"s. I will look into building one ma'self for an 8. Your setup looks cool, very alien looking.
