Has anyone used a prefab sub box in there quad cab like this? if so how does it sound? Im thinking about putting 2 10's in the rear cargo area. Thanks for your input.

I have the single and it thumps at some frequencies. Others it sounds ok. There is not a lot of room for the speaker to deliver IMO. I would suggest going with a smaller sub, like an 8. Too bad they dont make boxes for eights, only 10 or 12.

They claim there is .61 cf and the 10's claim to need .65 cf Im not really looking for it to thump all that much just want to add some nice bass. Thanks for your input. 79 bucks cant go wrong i figure for the box. Ill let you know how it sounds.

I have the same box... but plan on doing a little adjustment to it. I plan on running two Solo-Baric 8"L7 therefore i have to re-do the circles on top- but my question is did you all replace the factory headunit? ...also was it a problem running and hiding the wires?!

I have the same box in my truck & it sounds good. The only bad thing is, I do get alot of rattling comming from my overhead console. Other than that I have no complaints.
