No I didn't drill the fire wall, I did what Denniss66 did and went through the rubber piece. Depending on if your truck is a stick or an automatic there should be a rubber piece with nothing in it (where the clutch would be) If you have an auto. But the best way is to just go through one of the rubber pieces. Me personally, I ran all the wires down the drivers side door under the carpet.

Hey denniss66 I have to ask, the warning sticker that you have on your signature, is that a real sticker? And if so, where in the hell did you get it? I'd love to get one! LOL

I have that same box in the 2 10" version. I had to cut the "pods" off and fiberglass larger ones to get more airspace...and even then my 10" OZ Audio Matrix ELITEs are starving for air. Im going to trash that box and build a center seat console box for those 10"s and see if I can get more airspace

Vader, Have you tries to stuff your box with poly fill? I have heard that works pretty good for boxes a little shy of the required space.

hey scox35 i have the exact same box and bought that from ebay along with 2 w3 JL subs.... It sounds ok but the box isnt really made out of MDF wood so theres gonna be some sound leaking.. it wont sound as solid and the truck dont got that much air space so it limits the thumpness.....
