still no word back from him...I'll have to make another phone call tomorrow. BUT, I did get the bright idea to goto another dodge dealership down the road and hell whaddaya know...they say its absolutely 100% there responsibility and if they dont do anything for you to take them to small claims court or have a convo with the dealership owner. How bout that for info...right from another dodge dealership. Should have went there to begin with.
