Hah, first off, i got charged $108 under warranty for a power steering pump that obviously should be recalled because so many people on the forum have the same problem. second of all, i get my truck back all ****ted up!!!. Looks like somebody backed into it. I am beyond furious. and of course the dealership doesnt want to take responsibility. Im going back tomorrow to talk to the manager.

I found out today after the initial 3/36 there is a $100 charge for the remainder of the 7/70. Mine is still at 21k so I missed the charge.

That's bull****.

 

Go in and raise hell, there's no reason they shouldn't be paying for that, the vehicle was in their posession. If they are still ****** about it, inform them you are calling chrysler about it and then call the chrysler rep in their area. They should be begging to fix it for you after that.

 

That is a heap of crap man, like the others suggest if you can work it out with them cool, otherwise I'd raise hell with the district manager. If it happens in their posession it's their fault....I'm just floored that they weren't up front about it.

With all acess dealerships have to goodies and their giving you a hard time!! Not right.
If i were you i would go to dealership ASAP with a flashlight and look around , who knows may be lucky inuf to find another damaged ride , inspect all corners of building and so an , or do it tommorow and bring a didital camera and let them know you not playing games ,

That figures.Some of the richest men here in San Antonio are car dealers.......Tom Benson, (Chevy dealer/NFL team owner), Red McCombs (Ford dealer/real estate tycoon) and the Cavender brothers, (various exotic car brands dealers).........They "short" others to get to where they are.
