How do you powerbrake?
HAHAHA! That's hilarious...
I found the best way with my truck, is push the brake pedal alllllllllllllllllll the way to the floor, then slowly step on the gas pedal until the engine revv's up to about 3000rpm, it wont revv any higher than that if it's not moving, then you can VERY slowly start to let off the brake pedal... Little bit at a time, until you feel the rear wheels start to spin... Let the brake off a tiny bit more, and they're going to spin fast as hell and give you an awesome smoke show.
Hard on the truck, but doing it once in a while isn't going to drasticly affect you.

A burnout?
It's easier on the whole system if you start to roll a little then apply the brakes while accellerating. She'll light up like a Christmas tree!!
Not to bad in the wet or on the snow/ice, but on the hot drive pavement, you are just throwing money out the window.
You'll cut back on the burnouts when you have to buy a pair of new tires!
