I would just like to say that reading this thread is quite impressive with Julian's customer assistance. Because of this I have ordered the Bakflip HD and am expecting it on Tuesday. Kudos to you Julian.

I've had that cover for almost 2 years without any problem and no leaks, i love it, it's tough and has a "flush" look.

I see you are from Canada as well...I was worried about the temperature fluctuations and if that would affect it at all over the years. I am in Alberta where the temps can range from 30C in the summer to -40C in the winter.
